Changing Futures – Expressions of Interest This notice is to inform providers of a bid that the Council is applying for called Changing Futures. This is a three-year MHCLG programme aiming to: 1. Improve how local services and systems work for adults experiencing multiple disadvantage 2. Influence government policy and local commissioning 3. Generate learning, and test new partnership approaches Bristol City Council is currently waiting for the outcome of the bid, this is currently estimated to be around £1.9 to £2.3 million over 3 years, however not all of this will be commissioned externally, the Council is also considering a 2 year extension.
