The Youth Service aims to provide a wide range of high-quality engaging opportunities and activities for young people aged 11-19 (up to age 25 if they have additional needs) to enable them to build their social and emotional skills, develop their own projects and enjoy safe spaces. The provision will be divided: • Hubs that will cover the four quadrants in the borough (the north west, south west, north east and south east); • Detached teams that will undertake street-based youth work with hard to reach groups of young people; • Specialist Projects aimed at groups of young people that may require dedicated support.
