The Council invites quotations for the provision for Croydon Enterprise Loan Fund. The Croydon Enterprise Loan Fund is a growth programme designed to support businesses in Croydon to access finance in order to start or grow a business. Since 2008 the loan fund has gone on to provide £3m of finance to over 300 local businesses that have received loans ranging from £1,000 to £50,000. CELF is currently seeking to secure a credit control provider to manage its existing loan portfolio over the next four years. The current portfolio consists of 70 existing loans
