Overview

We are inviting tenders for the creation of a crew mapping methodology and trialling of a skills forecasting service within a region to be defined by the bidder. The service should capture and quantify the availability and demand for film and HETV production crew at different roles and levels of seniority. The aim is to build on existing data collection to create a methodology for measuring available skills, identifying shortages, and forecasting demand in a specified region.
