The purpose of this contract for: - HMCTS is to provide additional intelligence, through which to trace parties and enable enforcement of court orders, collect monies across criminal, civil and family jurisdictions. - Legal Aid Agency is to provide a credit check service for the civil and criminal proceedings funding, to determine client’s/ debtor’s ability to repay an outstanding liability which has been deemed repayable following the public funding received in relation to the proceedings.
