Nottingham City Council is implementing a Framework for the provision of privately owned short-term furnished rental accommodation, for use as Emergency Accommodation for vulnerable Households (including those who are Homeless) through a Spot/Advance Purchase or Block Booking arrangement, with payment based on a Nightly Rate.
