Overview

Nottingham City Council will utilise the Framework Agreement for the provision of erecting, dismantling, altering, inspecting and supervising scaffolding operations on Council buildings. Other related services are to include design, inspections and risk and method statements. Due to the nature and use of the buildings there may, on occasion, be the requirement for the public services provided within, to continue to be available for the duration of the works. Therefore, the awarded Contractor will be required to be flexible in their approach to how and when works are undertaken.
