To create a Midlands Economic Observatory - bidders are invited to outline their proposals to deliver an Economic Observatory that includes: A regular data monitoring facility, expected to provide regular economic briefings for the Executive and Operating Boards. The ability to undertake standalone research pieces over the course of the contract, as agreed by the Executive and/or Operating Support for the Strategic Programme Groups to assist with analysis and the evidence based required in developing projects. The Economic Observatory must add value and complement existing research and economic intelligence functions.
