The aim of this procurement is to put in place a contract for service provision to support individuals who require short-term, intensive assistance in regaining their independence following a health setback, although it is not limited to this group exclusively. However, the service is primarily intended for individuals whom the trusted assessor deems likely to experience reablement benefits.
