The Peninsula Commissioning and Procurement Partnership is a longstanding collaboration between Devon County Council, Plymouth City Council, Torbay Council and Somerset County Council. The Framework Agreement is to include the provision of Standard Fostering placements for children in care, Enhanced Foster placements, Staying Put placements for young adults, Emergency Fostering, Family Based short breaks and Parent and Child Placements.
