Overview
To use Virtual Worker (Automation) to cleanse data using the same processes as an existing data operative, but continues to process during non-working hours. The Authority currently receives updates of children's data from schools on a weekly basis. The demand for data has increased significantly in recent years with requirements to bring in records from public and school facing portals having a significant impact on the amount of data received (2.5 million items) since 31 August 2017.
