Overview
The Council is seeking to procure a civil enforcement system via Further Competition under lot 4 of ESPO Parking Management Solutions (509_23). The contract will cover software solutions and associated services and hardware, to assist the Council to manage its enforcement under the Traffic Management Act (TMA) and other relative legislation etc. This includes the administration and processing of Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) and also the issuing and management if permits.
