Overview

The Council currently uses an online care plan solution in one Adults Residential Care Home (Eric Williams House) for residents capturing all aspects of their care and wellbeing. It has supported a change from outdated processes and paperwork and has provided the ability to isolate performance management reports for individual members of staff. This existing solution's contract is to terminate 30 June 2021.
