As part of its City Centre development and ahead of its status as UK City of Culture 2021, Coventry City Council plans to demolish the following building: Coventry Point CV1 1EA At this stage, the Council envisages that there may be two packages of work: 1) asbestos removal and soft strip 2) building demolition. We are keen to undertake a pre-procurement exercise to understand the markets view of how we proceed with this given the location of the building and specific project constraints. Therefore following the publication of a Prior Information Notice (PIN) to OJEU, we attach a questionnaire to this project for you…
