Cost Consultant - Arts Centre Refurbishment Project

Aberystwyth University wishes to appoint a suitably experienced Cost Consultant to join a project team currently being assembled to take forward a major capital investment and refurbishment project centred around the Arts Centre complex on the Penglais Campus in Aberystwyth, West Wales. The scheme will involve various re-modelling to front and back of house facilities, discrete elements of new build, extensive internal refurbishment works, replacement of M&E services throughout, replacement of roof coverings, windows & curtain glazing, improvements to the thermal performance of the building fabric generally and landscaping of the perimeter.
