The Authority seeks a Trust Cost Advisor / QS to provide P22 Cost Advisor duties to the Authority for feasibilities and business case generation stages to final construction and handover of its major capital project programme for a period of 3 years with the option to extend for a further one year period subject to performance. The duties of the role will include supporting the Authority in development of capital projects for business cases as required (SOC, OBC and FBC) and acting as the Trust appointed P22 Cost Advisor during the construction period of any projects that are approved.
