Overview
This notice is to inform interested suppliers that in order to broaden our supplier base and maximise the use of Cornish and other local SMEs, Cornwall Council intend to start using Pagabo's DPS for works valued at £1m and below. This will cover works procured by the council including works at schools (including a significant maintenance programme and potentially School expansions within this financial threshold), Council owned assets/offices and the public realm. Until August 2022 the DPS will be used alongside our Minor Works Framework at which point it will the primary route to market for schemes of £1m and below.
