Cornwall Council intends to establish a single supplier Demolition framework agreement to be let for 4 years. It is intended to use this framework to enable the Council and other permitted users to undertake all of the works necessary to carry out a programme of Demolition Projects. The successful contractor will, therefore, need to have the capability, skills, capacity, resources and expertise to carry out the Demolition programme.
