The requirement seeks to appoint a Coordinator responsible for the newly established virtual food authenticity network which aims to bring together those laboratories involved in food authenticity testing. Recommendation four (4) of the Elliott review published in September 2014 focused on the capability of laboratory services in food authenticity testing.
