Contract for Cost Management (Quantity Surveying) Services

Wyre Forest District Council on behalf of Kidderminster Town Council (KTC) tenders are invited for the provision of the above services in connection with a project to transform Kidderminster Town Hall to create a vibrant and versatile venue to be operated by a new charitable Trust. In addition to repairs to the Grade II listed buildings the works involve alterations and improvements to the existing venue including retractable seating, lighting and sound systems, catering and bar fit outs and a new green room.
