Gateshead Council (the Council) intends to replace the software currently used for processing BACS transactions. The Council currently uses an on-site hosted product and would like to move to cloud based BACS Approved Software, covering the areas of: 1. BACSTEL-IP 2. Bureaux 3. Hardware Security Module (HSM) 4. Faster Payments 5. Hosted Service The Council processes more than one million BACS transactions annually and is a BACS Approved Bureau. The bureau operation supports 18 academy schools.
