The in-cell learning solution must be video centred and deliver advice, guidance and discreet embedded educational content which complements our main education and training provision. We would like to be able to communicate directly and instantly with prisoners. We anticipate that the system can deliver key messages direct to prisoners through their television regarding education and other key purposeful activities. We expect the supplier to include the full costs of any cabling / installation into the tender to provide the service to all wings, residential areas and provide full integration to every cell and where applicable central TV in association areas.
