Contract 129 (Lot 6) Supported Accommodation Service

To commission a Supported Accommodation Service to deliver and demonstrate continued, effective motivation and support that enables people to access a wide range of support and/or natural networks of support as independently as they can, to help people retain or regain their skills and confidence, become an contributing part of their local community and have an improved sense of wellbeing. The service will be flexible to provide support to a wide range of people with various support needs. The service will ensure people have active and fulfilled lives in the community whilst effectively monitoring and safely managing risk.
