HSE require consultancy services to deliver of the following outputs: Baseline assessment (high level, as-is analysis) of customer engagement approaches across HSE's (10) divisions. Baseline assessment (high-level, as-is analysis) of channels used to support customer engagement. Baseline assessment of content (advice/guidance) and services against GOV.UK proposition and define high-level content/services plan. Assessment should also include how well content/services meet Welsh language obligations. Development of a short term, prioritised channel/web services action plan (burning platform issues), plus some 'suggestions' for more strategic/longer term consideration.
