Overview
Liverpool City Council (LCC) is seeking a partner to develop and deliver a robust consultation on the options for landlord licensing following the expiry of the current citywide scheme in March 2020. The successful supplier will be required to: • Produce a Consultation Methodology and a Delivery Plan • Conduct a Citywide Consultation • Produce and a deliver a final consultation report The consultation exercise is to take place over a 12 week period and the partner will be required to produce a report and present the findings of the outcome of the consultation process, by June 2019
