Consultancy Services Framework

The requirement of the Authorities is to establish a consultancy framework agreement in which is can call off the skills and resourced of external consultants when the need arises. The Authorities may use this framework agreement where there may be areas of uncertainty or where the Authorities lack the internal capability or capacity to provide this type of resource. The use of consultancy advice and resource will be mainly for the commissioning of internal projects to ensure effective service delivery of the Authorities' Transformation Programme.
