Consultancy Services Agreement - IT Landscape Review

To complete a review of the housing and property operation to provide: 1. A final assessment of current systems (building on the work previously completed by external partners) 2. Support the definition of the desired future state for applications, including new systems and enhancements to existing ones. 3. Assistance with developing an action plan including prioritisation, to deliver the desired future state technology, including key milestones. 4. Support identification of golden records for customers and assets 5. Supporting the development of a master data design Architecture & Roadmap Development expected to take 60 days.
