The two year partnership aims to: • work with local people and partners and the Institute of Health Equity, to become a Marmot place, helping everyone - no matter their background, live a longer and healthier life, and • tackle poverty by working with people to prevent them from falling into hardship and providing them with timely support when they need it most. The approach will be led by the Director of Public Health and championed by the Elected Mayor and Cabinet. The governance will be led by the North Tyneside Strategic Partnership (NTSP).
