Consultancy Framework - Specified Bid Writer(s)

Digital Catapult is seeking to appoint a number of experienced suppliers to contribute to the growth of Digital Catapult's R&D programme and portfolio in the UK through managing the end to end process of applying for R&D public Grant funding, from consortium building, scoping, bid writing, budgeting all the way through to contract (consortium agreement, Grant Funding agreement, Grant offer letters and other forms of agreement), negotiation and signature. Provision of bid writing and management training to the internal team at Digital Catapult is also within scope of the services.
