Kent County Council are looking to procure a service that meets the below objectives: The Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) card is a prerequisite for employment on building sites. The course to obtain it is popular with young people, particularly with the Not in Education, Employment or Training (NEET) cohort. Currently, due to funding issues, there is limited availability for 16-19 year-olds to complete this course without paying for it themselves. Kent County Council is seeking to provide 100 funded places over a three/four-month period until the European Social Fund begins to fund this activity. Each course will offer 10 places.
