The Council seeks to appoint a Construction Framework Delivery and Management Partner (the "Concessionaire") for a five year term, to work in partnership with the Council (the "Contracting Authority") to procure, let and manage a construction works 'Framework' as defined by and compliant with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 The intention is that this Framework will facilitate the award of the Council's own projected pipeline of works requirements.
