Overview
The University of Manchester wishes to appoint appropriately qualified consultants for inclusion on the Construction Consultancy Services Framework (CCSF) 2024 - Phase 1. The Framework will comprise of several different professional disciplines and will be procured under two separate phases. Phase 1 will be procured first, followed by Phase 2. Phase 1 concerns Project Management Consultancy Services and Cost Consultancy Services. It is anticipated that the consultants who are successful at Phase 1 will be appointed to assist the University in assessing SQ and ITT submissions for Phase 2, subject to there being no conflict of interest issues.…
