Confidential Counselling

This procurement exercise is for the provision of a confidential counselling service to our employees and employees of other organisations who under a service level agreement purchase occupational health services from East Riding of Yorkshire Council. The Council buys in counselling services from an external provider and uses counselling as a tool to reduce the impact of mental health issues on the Council, which can reduce absence levels, maintain productivity and avoid litigation. This counselling service is intended to offer targeted therapies in addition to services already available to ERYC staff through the employee assistance scheme.
