Overview
The Authority, is seeking to commission a Community Wellbeing model that is focused on delivering outcomes for the people of Hull. This new model will ensure that a person centered approach is undertaken at all times using a strengths based approach. Service delivery will be split across 4 geographical locations (Lots 1- 4) with one Primary and one Secondary provider for each of the Lots Lot (5) will be opened up on an annual basis for the first 4 years to allow any organisations to apply to become Approved Providers.
