Community Short Breaks for Disabled Children

Oxfordshire County Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified providers to deliver Community based short breaks for disabled children and young people. The community short breaks provision is split into different types of activities (Lots) each lot is split geographically into Delivery Area 1, 2 and 3.
