The City of Edinburgh Council (the Council) is seeking to appoint suitable service providers to a Framework Agreement in relation to the utilisation and transformation of communal green spaces. The Agreement design is intended to support the aspirations of Community Wealth Building (CWB). CWB seeks to transform our local and regional economic systems to enable local communities and people to own, have a greater stake in, access and benefit from the wealth our economy generates.
