The Council are looking to procure a system where two of the existing directories relating to Childrens and Adults information can be consolidated into one platform. This platform should also support co-production with partners to support engagement from the various communities the Council supports. The Council is looking for a Commercial-off-the-Shelf (COTS) solution to meet their needs.
