Home Group is seeking to appoint Providers to deliver its Communal Cleaning Services in Scotland, North West and Yorkshire areas for its General Needs, Supported Services and some Leasehold Customers. Where tenancy agreements and leases allow, the cost of doing this work is recovered from the residents in the form of service charges.
