PHG is looking to appoint a company who are able to provide the provision of a Communal Cleaning Service for all our sites where the service is required. This includes general needs communal blocks, older people's services blocks, guest rooms within older people's services blocks, The Foyer and Lea Bridge House hostel. There will also be void cleaning at The Foyer and Lea Bridge house. The contract covers all of PHG's internal communal cleaning.
