L&Q is seeking suitably experienced suppliers to fulfil its communal cleaning services across its estates. The scope of the services in these Lots will include, but is not necessarily restricted to the following: Communal Cleaning - an output specification for scheduled cleaning of all areas deemed within the scope of communal areas, inside and in some limited circumstances, outside L&Q residential buildings.
