Riley Close Industrial Estate is located on the outskirts of Daventry town centre with good access routes to the surrounding areas. The works include over-cladding the existing roof structures to three industrial unit blocks. The new roof covering is to be metal profile sheet system to match the existing design and incorporating 100mm insulation. The existing roof covering is to remain in situ with new roof lights being installed, Z section roofing bars fixed to the roof structure and over cladding with a plastisol covered metal profile sheet out skin.
