The employer requires a Commercial Manager to assist the Supervisor /Project Manager in the commercial management of the £20m + works. This Commercial Manager will be employed as a contractor to the council During the term of this contract, the successful applicant may also be required to assist in the development of other schemes. The successful applicant shall therefore have substantial experience of the delivery of NEC3 construction contracts, especially option C, and the operation of pain / gain and bonus systems, whilst working as a Commercial Manager.
