Overview
Following on from the Phase 1 Colomendy Industrial Estate Enabling Works Contract this is for the Phase 2 on the DCC site only to deliver and build out the proposed Waste Transfer Station / Depot facility and is being delivered to support the proposed roll out of the new waste service collection model. This Phase 2 will see completion construction of the buildings and storage bays on the site and completion of the external works.
