Cobalt - Level Access Showers 2016-20

Cobalt Housing is seeking tenders from General Building & Construction Contractors for the provision of Level Access Shower Works. Works will be in occupied, domestic premises at different individual addresses across North Liverpool in the following postcode areas – L9, L10 and L11. The resultant contract will be for 12 months commencing 01/06/2016 with the option to extend for 3 further 12 month periods until 01/06/2020. The estimated annual value of the tender, excluding VAT, is approximately £124,000.
