Overview
The successful service provider will be required to provide the Council with coaching services that include, but are not limited to, the following requirements: Potential suppliers should provide a programme of coaching qualifications, with the intention of training staff to become practicing and certified workplace coaches within the council. These qualifications should be tiered to represent beginner, intermediate, and advanced candidates. Identified staff are expected to be trained in two groups, across two years.
