The Council requires a supplier for the provision of Route Smart Vehicle routing solution that integrates with ESRI ArcGIS Desktop to allow the route optimisation of operations such as waste collection. An ArcGIS compatible high-density route optimisation software package is used for the strategic planning and operational routing of waste & recycling collection routes.
