CNPP Auditor Services

The core tasks each year are:  Audit of the Plan financial statements as at 31 March year end prepared in accordance with UK Generally Accepted Accounting Practice ('GAAP), the Pensions Act 1995 and the Pensions Statement of Recommended Practice ('SORP').  Audit of the Trustee's Statement about Contributions for the year ended 31 March against the Pension Act 1995 requirements and the latest Schedules of Contributions, including contact with all contributing employers. An additional core task once every three years (next due in 2022) is:  Audit of the Plan's Trustee Company financial statements as at 31 March year end prepared in accordance with UK GAAP.
