Overview

Kent county Council (the Authority) wishes to engage with suppliers regarding capacity in the market to provide waste disposal services for hazardous chemicals and paint from across Kent. The supplier will be responsible for the collection, reception, testing, handling, storage, processing / treatment, and disposal of all hazardous chemicals, hazardous paint, water based paint and paint receptacles from Kent’s Waste Collection Authorities (WCA), where these have been fly tipped, and from Kent’s network of Household Waste Recycling Centres (HWRCs) where the public can dispose of such household waste.
