With the appointment of a new Corporate Management Board there is an opportunity to establish a new set of behaviours and standards for how it will operate collectively and individually. Whilst CMB is capable of defining and agreeing their own standards, processes and behaviours it is often helpful to have independent facilitation to achieve this and to provide support and development.
