Overview

As HMRC drives to increase Cloud Adoption in line with HMRC Strategy there is a need to bring in specialist skills in the area of Microsoft Azure and the new tools available on the platform. The support is to deliver a new methodology of operating in the cloud to support self-service, increase automation and deliver more services and features to the consumers of the cloud in the Delivery / Customer Groups. Though HMRC has some skills in this area the new features are not understood by internal resources and the time to deploy will extended, reducing the benefits to HMRC especially in relation to SoTF and the migration of services form the Fujitsu Data Centres
